Which Benefits do you get at All-American?
All-American Pest Control offers comprehensive health insurance plans to our employees with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Different levels of coverage are available for premiums and deductibles. We pay 75% for employees and 50% for families. Dental and vision insurance are also available.
Saving and investing has long-term benefits for your future. At All-American Pest Control, we offer a SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match. We want to see you invest in your future, so we will match your investment up to 3%. This is the equivalent to receiving an additional 3% raise for planning ahead for your retirement.
At All-American Pest Control, we offer paid time off (PTO), seven paid holidays and paid time off on your birthday! We also provide flexibility in using your PTO so that it best benefits you.
We provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This free program empowers team members with free mental health counseling visits, consultations for financial and legal advice, Health Champion Travel assistance, and ID theft.
One of the most underutilized insurance protection coverages is short-term and long-term insurance protection. We believe in this insurance protection so much that we automatically enroll all team members and we pay the premiums 100% for our team. Unfortunately, accidents and illnesses do happen, and we want our team to have financial security if accidents happen off the job.
Work-life balance is important, which is why All-American Pest Control offers a four-day work week schedule. Our field service team currently works a four-day week while our customer service team works a hybrid schedule of a four-day work week followed by a five-day work week. This insurance kicks in for work-related short- and long-term illnesses and accidents and it’s an under-appreciated benefit until it’s needed. Fingers crossed you will never need to use it!
All-American Pest Control auto-enrolls and pays 100% of short-term disability premiums for all of our team members. If you are a team member having a baby, this short-term disability coverage pays for at least 6 weeks of maternity leave.
In addition to the six weeks of short-term disability benefits for the mother, we provide an additional two-week paid leave for the mother and one-week paid leave for the father.
At All-American, we know our team spends a lot of time on their feet, so comfort and safety matter. That’s why we provide new Red Wing boots for everyone in the field. It’s our way of saying thanks and making sure our team has the right gear to stay comfortable and protected while they’re out serving our customers every day.
