Do you offer a free inspection so I can get a quote?

What is your most popular service?

Most of our customers choose our Perimeter Plus Pest Control Service. Our year-round home pest control program is designed to focus on the outside of your home to stop pests before they get inside. 

Your initial service includes a thorough treatment for the inside and outside of your home targeting any specific pest problems you may be experiencing. We follow-up and follow-through until your problem is eliminated. 

To keep pests away, we will follow a proven three-step process each quarter:

  1. We will remove spider webs outside up to 20 ft. 
  2. We create a barrier around the exterior of your home. We will treat the foundation, windowsills we can reach, pest entry points, splash blocks, garbage cans and door openings. 
  3. We add a misting application. We mist landscaping, underneath decks and tree canopies close to the home during your spring, summer and fall visits. 

During your winter visit, we add a proactive granule band for extra protection for ants and other creepy crawlies that try and get inside. This proven process will keep over 47 of Tennessee's most common household pests from getting inside. The added misting applications provides coverage for the six most irritating outdoor pests including mosquitoes, outdoor spiders, Asian lady beetles, stink bugs, carpenter bees, and wasps.

Do you offer any “green” services?

Green Choice Pest Control Service provides you with protection for more than 47 different pests by using plant oil-based or borate-based products. 

On the initial service, we will treat the inside and outside of your home and target any specific pests that you may be having. We’ll return on a regular basis to treat the foundation of your home, window sills we can reach, splash blocks, garbage cans and garage door openings. Our goal is to treat the outside of your home before pests ever get inside. But if they do, all you have to do is call us and we’ll come back in between trips for no additional charge. 

We recommend the Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System for the prevention and elimination of destructive termites. The Sentricon System Is "green" and the most effective termite solution for your home or business.

What do I do if I find a brown recluse spider in my home?

If you think you might have brown recluse spiders, give us a call. We’ll be glad to come by and identify it for you, or you can even take a picture and upload it to our website. 

We’ll send out a service professional for an inspection and help you determine the level of activity. We can customize a program that works best for you and your family and your home. 

Most services include treatments of your attic, your crawl space, wall voids, interior applications, and even glue board placements so we can monitor and show that your problem is getting better over time. 

How do you treat for mosquitoes at All-American Pest Control?

Treating for mosquitos is a misting service where we will treat and mist the shrubbery around your home, the tree canopies that are in close proximity and underneath your deck area as well. We can add additional misting for the yard as needed on a home by home, family by family basis.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. At All-American Pest Control, our goal is to earn your business for years to come. We do not ask you to sign long-term contracts with penalties. We expect you will be impressed with our team and services. 

Please call us if you ever feel your service is inadequate, unprofessional, or ineffective. We would like every opportunity to make things right. However, if at any time in the future you do wish to cancel your ongoing protection and service, please give us a call and let us know. We will cancel your future visits.  

Do you offer flexible scheduling?

Yes. In fact, most of our preventative services are completed outside, which means that you don’t even need to be home while we visit. If you ever need us inside, all you have to do is call. We will come back in between outside visits to treat the inside of your home for no additional charge. 

You may schedule appointments as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 4 p.m. from Monday-Friday. On Saturdays, we schedule from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

How can I prepare my home for an inside spraying?

You will not need to do anything prior to your pest control service or termite treatment in most cases. 

How often do I need a termite inspection?

Annually.

How long after an outside spray can I do yard work?

It’s best to let the material dry, which usually takes about 20 minutes. 

Will outdoor spraying impact or discolor my grass/plants?

No, we choose materials that are safe for grasses, plants, and bushes.

Do I have to leave my home when you provide services?

Many of our services do not require that you leave your home. We just ask that curious pets are kept in separate rooms when we provide a service. 

If a treatment of your attic or crawlspace requires your heating and air system or pilot lights to be turned off, we will let you know ahead of time. In this case, you will want to leave the house for approximately two hours. If you need a full home, interior flea treatment, you’ll want to stay off the floors for at least two hours.

How soon can I expect results?

We understand that each pest is different, so we will provide a realistic expectation for results after evaluating your home. When treating for a specific pest, we will give you a call two weeks following our visit. If the situation hasn’t gotten better, we will schedule a follow-up visit. We are as committed to you seeing results.

If I haven't seen pests in a while, can I postpone my scheduled services?

We recommend keeping your regularly scheduled quarterly visits. The quarterly visits are designed to prevent pests based on the time of year and pest pressures. When you stick to your regular visits and experience a pest between visits, all you have to do is call and we will come back out in between trips for no additional charge.  

How is hiring a professional different than purchasing pest sprays and spraying myself?

At All-American Pest Control, we understand the biology, behavior, and habits of pests. We train on the best inspection and application methods and materials, and we’re able to identify which treatment plan is most appropriate per location. 

We can help you uncover hidden pests in and around your home that may be contributing to recurring infestations. It’s ultimately safer, less expensive, and less frustrating to hire a professional for your pest prevention.
