Eligibility

• Applicants must be female and be currently enrolled as high school seniors or college/trade school students in an accredited institution within the United States.
• Students must demonstrate a strong commitment to All-American Pest Control’s core values of servant leadership, thoughtful innovation, respectfulness, teamwork and reliability in their academic pursuits, extracurricular activities and community involvement.
• Candidates should have a genuine passion for STEAM fields and actively pursue or plan a career in a STEAM-related discipline.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.

Application Requirements 

Interested applicants must email the requirements found on the scholarship program's official website to apply for this scholarship. The application will require the following:

• Personal Information: Provide basic details such as full name, contact information and educational background.
• Essay OR Video Submission: Write an inspiring essay of approximately 500-1,000 words OR produce a 2-3 minute video explaining your passion for STEAM fields, your STEAM accomplishments, your career aspirations and how you have demonstrated one of All-American Pest Control’s core values of servant leadership, thoughtful innovation, respectfulness, teamwork or reliability in your academic, personal and/or community life.
• Letters of Recommendation: Submit one letter of recommendation from an individual who can attest to your academic abilities, character and commitment to STEAM disciplines.
• Transcript: Provide an official copy of your most recent academic transcript.

The All-American Pest Control STEAM Trailblazer Scholarship is more than an award. Our platform is dedicated to uplifting young women who encapsulate servant leadership, thoughtful innovation, respectfulness, teamwork, and reliability. We're not just supporting STEAM; we're championing the future innovators who dare to make a difference. Our aim is to celebrate and support one remarkable female individual as they pursue a career in STEAM.  

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower young women to become innovators and leaders in the field of STEAM. Women account for 29.3% of our industry, and we firmly believe in supporting and empowering women in STEAM, as it plays a crucial role in fostering innovation and creating a more inclusive and diverse technological landscape. STEAM professionals bring a unique combination of knowledge, creativity, problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges. Some notable career examples include software engineers, environmental scientists and pest control technicians. We eagerly anticipate receiving your application and celebrating the remarkable achievements of our All-American Pest Control STEAM Trailblazers!
