Tyrie McClure
Tyrie joined All-American’s Launch Program in 2023 and was quickly promoted to a mentor position in less than a year. However, his interest in all things related to pest control began much earlier than his time with All-American Pest Control. An incredibly hard worker, Tyrie earned his biochemistry degree while serving as an engineer in the Missouri National Guard before being hired at All-American.
The ability to solve new challenges (and help people in the process) keeps Tyrie’s love of pest control fresh. It’s those things, along with the continual learning opportunities, a family-like work atmosphere, and a four-day work week that maintain Tyrie’s enjoyment of his job at All-American Pest Control. We are thrilled that Tyrie pursued his interest in pest control by choosing to join the All-American team. We are made stronger with him on our team.

Brian Sheppard
Brian has been with All-American since 2016, moving from his initial position as a Universal Technician to a mentor of new team members to his current position as a Sales Consultant. The ample opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement that All-American Pest Control offers have been vital to Brian’s job satisfaction.
In 2022, Brian was named PCT Magazine’s Top Residential Pest Control Technician. This honor from the nation’s top trade publication is a testament to Brian’s commitment to his customers and to delivering high-quality pest control solutions. We could not be more proud of Brian and the experience, effort, and skill he applies to every job he does.
Lexus Crowder
Lexus joined the All-American team in 2015 because of our commitment to fostering a healthy work-life balance, and she soon found even more to love as a valued member of our team. Quickly advancing from a Customer Care Team Member to a Customer Care Team Leader, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and transitioned into HR where she now works as the Director of Team Experience.
The flexibility to work from home, along with a great benefits package, has allowed Lexus to find the right balance between her time at work and her time with family. Lexus’ ability to build a strong team within All-American continues to benefit everyone involved in our company, including those in leadership positions, our employees, and our customers. We are lucky to have Lexus leading our team.
Andre Cannon
Andre began his time with All-American in 2020 as a Pest Technician, became a mentor in 2021, and passed the service manager exam in 2022, which led to his current position as a Support Hero. Prior to his career at All-American, he worked as an Aviation Support Technician in the Navy, completing two deployments on the USS Enterprise.
Working with a company that values each team member has been a big reason for Andre’s dedication to All-American. He remains excited to work in an industry that provides continued technological growth opportunities, partly because of the community he has built with his All-American work family. Andre’s commitment to excellence, and his drive to ensure his department works efficiently, make all the difference in both the customer and employee experience.
