We believe so much in the referral aspect of our hiring process that we have created a cash reward program for our hiring procedure. When you refer a prospective employee to us and your referral is selected for a full interview, you get $50. If your referral gets hired, you get $200! But wait, we still aren’t done! If the person that you referred to us completes 6 months of training, you get another $250! That’s a total of $500! Just for referring someone to us!
