Or new client referral program is aptly called, "Give and Give Back Referral Program". Within this program, there are 4 benefactors, our two clients (one existing and one new) the non-profit organization and us! If a new client mentions that they were referred by an existing account when signing up for their service, both parties get $20! AND we will make an additional donation of $10 to one of 3 local non-profit organizations. All just because someone told someone else just how great life is when you live it pest-free with All-American Pest Control.
Our other referral program is one that we are extremely proud of; it's our employee referral program. We take great pride in our team and their performance. Keeping the level of service up to our standards takes good, hardworking, honest, and kind people at each and every level of our company. We know that we are serving our neighbors, friends, and family so nothing less than stellar is acceptable.
We strive to have the best in the pest control industry wearing the All-American logo and smile, so we have designed an employee referral program that is quite generous. Here is the quick '411' on our program; if your referral is selected for a full interview then you get $50, if that same referral is hired then you'll get $200! And that's not all! If that person completes 6 months of training you get another $250! That's a total of $500 for you just for referring someone who you know would be perfect to add to our All-American Pest Control team.
