Aaron: Now I did get somebody a job here. I don't know if you've interviewed him yet. Randal.
Randal: One of the sales guys, Aaron, he used to work with me at Walgreens.
Aaron: I worked with him at a Walgreens, and I ran into him one day. I stopped at a Walgreens to use the bathroom.
Randal: He happened to stop in my store I was working at, and we were doing a little bit of chit-chatting. He was stopping to use the restroom.
Aaron: I was like "Hey, man. What's up?" And we chit-chated and I gave him one of our Wanted program cards and sure enough he got a job here. Randal: He suggested All-American, and he told me about the Wanted program and everything like that, so I checked it out and, lo and behold, here I am now.
Erin: The Wanted program has helped us to hire ten awesome people in 2014. Last year about this time we realized that we were growing so fast that we needed to find five awesome people to join our team for us to continue the growth into the new year. So we decided to go to our customers, our friends, our family members, people that we go to church with in the community and spread the word that way that we were hiring. We added a big huge reward as well. We would not have the success that we have here at All-American without the people that we have here working. It takes a team and it takes a team of committed individuals every single day to deliver the level of service that we promise our customers.
