Tina: Being new to Nashville, we've encountered many more insects in our home in East Nashville than we ever experienced further north. I knew we needed a pest control company. I saw that All-American had a green program. Being a cancer survivor, I like to avoid chemicals when I can. I called and Marshall came out to the house. The treatment involves rosemary and lavender. I did not believe that it was going to work, but it smelled great. I was very happily surprised that it worked very well. We began encountering kitchen ants, fruit flies, and all of these. I just called Marshall. He came out and took care of all these problems.
I suspected mice in the crawl space. We have no mouse problem now. There was one time I did find an unidentified spider in the bathroom. Being in East Nashville, I'd heard that there's a brown recluse issue. Being as paranoid as I was, I put spider into a piece of Tupperware and left it on the front porch and called Marshall. He actually came out and took the Tupperware, brought it somewhere, identified the spider, called me, said, "It's nothing," cleaned the Tupperware and brought it back to me. I could not be more pleased with the service that we're getting with All-American.
