Anna: Servant leadership to me is to make sure that, personally, I am doing everything that I can to make sure that everybody in this company is doing the best that they can, and just to basically make sure that we're leading a company that we believe in, and we trust in.

Kyle: Everyone is encouraged to take charge, and help others, and really just do right by your fellow employees. Because you never know what's going on. They could need help. They could not feel well. You never know who needs that help.
Aaron: Servant leadership to me is leading by example. If you're training somebody or performing a task, you're serving your customer, but at the same time you're setting something that someone else can lead, an example or just a trainable moment. Something like that.
Bert: The people here are willing to do what they ask you to do. They express the concern. They express the joy of helping other people, and they do it their self. It's leading by example for me.
