Bert: Respect's important because it shows value for another person when you respect them. It shows that you're willing to understand where they may be at. They're in a different situation than I am maybe or I'm in a different situation they are. Respecting the individual is a big part of what we do. We do care about our customers and we show that in many ways, more than just taking care of pest control.
Kyle: It's more of a feeling towards the people around you that it's hard to just put into words. Just knowing that you can count on that person and depend on them, and if something comes up in your life that they're going to be there for you.
Caitlin: Respect goes a long way. You have to respect each other, not just who you're working with, but even customers. Once you respect them, I feel like you do the job more efficiently.
Lexus: Respect is really big here because in order to work with one another and really mesh as a team and as a family, you've got to respect each other. It's really hard to work in an environment where you don't respect your coworkers or don't feel respected. So, I feel like All-American does a really good job at picking people that work well together, that have good respect and teamwork and can really enjoy working with one another.
