Lexus: There are a lot of career opportunities at All-American. When I did come for my interview, I expressed right up front exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted to grow in the company. Even only being here two years, I can feel growth within myself and within the company on a daily basis.
Also, Kyle, that just won employee of the year, was not even here a whole year. He grew from no experience technician to service team member of the year. I think that speaks volumes.
Kyle: I’ve never been happier with any other company. Just the simple fact of I've already gotten opportunities to move up a few different times. It's unbelievable the opportunities that when you're willing to work hard that present themselves to you.
John: Every opportunity comes with a chance of learning something new. It was always learning something new that provided me with then moving up in the company. Whether it's moving up in the company or just becoming a better team member, or however you want to describe it, it all started with learning something new.
Anna: I can't even think back hardly on where we've come from. It's changed so much. We are an innovative company. We want to be the number one pest control company in Nashville. We're a family-owned company. We're local. We've been here for 55 years. We're only going to keep getting better. I've seen it over 10 years. I can only imagine in the next 10 years where we'll be.
