The interview process, the first one was pretty short and sweet, a review of what's expected. You make your decision there whether you're the type of person for this position. Then the second one it was tests and it was very long. They want it to be as open as possible. They didn't want me to be hit with any surprises. I did expect more of a formal interview but it was very interactive. I really appreciated being able to have a conversation.
The ideal person for All-American and to join our customer care team is somebody that is willing to jump in and get it done. They can keep up with the pace. They can keep up with the customer care. They can't slack on any of the things that All-American really, really puts out there, that this is what we are. This is who we are and I want to be part of it. A typical day for customer care team members is one, taking care of our customers first and foremost. Answering any questions that they have. Talking to them about services that they already have or services that they need. Questions they have about their services, handling billing questions. Logistics issues as well, as far as scheduling, when can we get there, how soon? It encompasses everything.
The customer care team is essential with my everyday job. They help me far as if I have any questions about customers, where I'm going, the specific jobs I need to do. They make sure that I have all the information before I go out to a site. We just couldn't do it without them.
You would love working here because All-American Pest Control is an amazing place to be. It's warm, the people genuinely care. Whether it's personal or whether it's just something in the office, they genuinely care. You're going to love it here.
